Weddings are not just timelines and logistics. They are layered, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime moments that deserve intention.

Keystone was built on the belief that thoughtful planning creates space for presence. When every detail is handled with care, you’re free to feel it all — the anticipation, the joy, the quiet in-between moments that make the day unforgettable.

We approach every celebration with equal parts strategy and heart. Organization is our strength. Connection is our superpower

The Heart Behind Keystone

inquire with us

Before you ever walk down the aisle, we walk alongside you.

From our first conversation, we want to know who you are — how you met, what you value, what you want your guests to feel when they arrive. Your wedding isn’t about trends or expectations. It’s about creating an atmosphere that reflects your story.

Our role is equal parts advisor, advocate, and steady presence. We build structure around your vision, communicate clearly with your vendor team, and anticipate details before they ever become stressors.

You deserve a planning experience that feels calm, collaborative, and deeply personal.

Split Partial
Planning

Keystone began as a quiet idea I couldn’t quite shake.

For years, I poured my heart into teaching middle and high school English — twelve years of leading classrooms, building structure, and guiding students through big milestones. But after helping coordinate a friend’s wedding, something shifted. I saw how leadership, organization, and creativity could come together in a completely different way.

What started as a side venture quickly became a calling. I stepped away from the classroom and into celebration, building Keystone into a full-time business that allows me to lead with clarity, create with intention, and stay present with my own family.

I’m naturally type-A in the best way — I love a well-run timeline, a thoughtfully designed floor plan, and a vendor team that feels aligned. But more than logistics, I love being part of the creation of an event. Split partial and full-service planning are where I feel most alive — shaping the vision from the beginning and then executing it with precision.

My favorite moment of any wedding? That first look. That walk down the aisle. The breath before everything begins.

At my own wedding at Everett Farms in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, it was the mountain views, the indoor-outdoor spaces, and the cows in the distance that made it unforgettable. If I could do it again? A beautiful, intimate microwedding with our closest people and an incredible meal shared around one long table.

Outside of weddings, you’ll find me outdoors with my family, listening to audiobooks, cooking, sneaking in spa time when I can — and unapologetically playing 2000s music on repeat. The Office is forever my comfort show (yes, “Dinner Party” wins), and my coffee order always includes an extra shot.

Because when I show up for your wedding day, I show up fully.

Intentional planning rooted in organization, leadership, and heart.

When my best friend launched Keystone, stepping in felt like the most natural yes. I’ve always loved decorating, organizing, and turning ideas into something tangible — so weddings quickly became the perfect space for me to thrive.

Give me the schedules. The lists. The layout adjustments. The behind-the-scenes refinements that make a celebration feel effortless. I’m in my element when details align and a vision starts taking shape.

My favorite moment of the day is watching a couple step into their fully styled space for the first time — seeing months of dreaming suddenly become real.

At my own wedding, it was my dress that felt like magic. And the joy of spending the entire day surrounded by the people who matter most.

Outside of weddings, you’ll find me walking, listening to true crime podcasts, or cheering on UNC basketball — small-town roots included. A chai tea latte is my go-to… though I’ll never turn down a Diet Pepsi.
