Questions
Do we have to provide you/your team with overnight accommodations?
Any event that is more than 100 miles (or 2 hours) from Keystone's home base in Brevard may require accommodations. If we conduct a rehearsal the night before an event requiring us to travel to you, then we would require accommodations for that night. The same goes for the night of the event if we stay later than 9:00 PM. If your venue is more than 150 miles (or 3 hours away) from Brevard, then wedding night accommodations are necessary.
The good news: if accommodations are provided before/after the wedding, then complete setup/cleanup of event spaces is automatically included in your package! Since we'll already be there, we might as well make ourselves useful! 😆😉
Are there any travel fees?
Any event that is more than 100 miles from our home base in Brevard is subject to a $1 per mile round-trip service fee.
What should I do if I don't see what I'm looking for?
No problem. If you're looking for full-service wedding planning or a custom quote, just shoot me an email. I can send you a customized proposal.
Is full-service planning an option?
We do offer full-service planning on a very limited basis (no more than two full-service events in a calendar year). Because full-service planning takes extra time and attention to detail over the entirety of your engagement, we want to be sure to give you the quality of service we pride ourselves on without spreading ourselves too thin. An investment in full-service planning begins at $9,000 for 12 months of planning. Additional months of service can be added for our standard monthly fee of $850/month. Where do you travel to?
Literally, anywhere. We've coordinated weddings across North Carolina and into South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and even across the country in Arizona! Ask me about deals on destination weddings; we've got our passports and we're ready to travel. ✈️💼
Can I add on package items later?
For sure! If you decide down the road you'd like to add on any of the options listed above, we can do that.
How do I make payments?
You can conveniently pay your balances with a credit card, bank transfer, or by mailing a check. Any payment made with a credit card is subject to a 3% surcharge for an electronic payment service fee. If you'd rather avoid service charges you can mail us a check instead. While we do exist on PayPal and Venmo, we do not accept those for invoice payments.
When will I know who my lead planner/coordinator is?
While I would love to be at every single Keystone event, that just isn't possible. Luckily, I have a team of AMAZING women (who are also some of my best friends) who will make sure your day is absolutely perfect. Your planning/coordinating team will be determined at least 6 months before your wedding and your lead will reach out to you.
Relationships are a pillar of our business. We want to get to know you and your partner so you feel comfortable and confident with us on your wedding day. When I say we'll be your wedding BFFs, there's no joke there! We truly care about all of our clients and will work hard to earn your trust and feel like one of your people. ❤️
